1. While all these efforts are laudable, there is near unanimity that the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change is the only framework for negotiations.

73. The United States will share more data and developed tools to help India assess and adapt to the impact of climate change and help vulnerable communities become more resilient.

संयुक्त राज्य अधिक डाटा एवं विकसित उपकरणों को साझा करेगा ताकि भारत जलवायु परिवर्तन के प्रभावों का आकलन कर सके और उनको अनुकूलित कर सके तथा कमजोर समुदायों को अधिक लोचपूर्ण बना सके।

74. Our special session this afternoon, devoted to Climate Change, is therefore, particularly opportune.

कोपेनहेगन में जलवायु परिवर्तन पर संयुक्त राष्ट्र रूपरेखा अभिसमय के पक्षकारों के 15वें सम्मेलन के आयोजन में कुछ ही दिन शेष रह गए है़।
